L’histoire
Jacques Busin
This distinction reflects the exceptional quality of the terroir, characterized by a chalky subsoil that naturally regulates soil temperature and humidity, along with sun-exposed slopes that ensure full grape ripening. Pinot Noir brings structure and intensity to the blends, while Chardonnay adds finesse and elegance, resulting in cuvées with a distinctive and harmonious character. Vineyard care is at the heart of the Maison’s philosophy: each plot is attentively managed using sustainable methods aimed at preserving soil health and respecting the environment, without compromising on grape quality.
