Simone Tovagliari
His growing interest in small wineries and lesser-known producers led him to extend his exploration to France, personally visiting cellars, winemakers, and producers in the Champagne and Burgundy regions.
Entrepreneurial and eager to learn, Simone dedicated himself to the in-depth study of the world of wine, obtaining certifications as a taster and deepening his knowledge through specialized courses.
His mission is clear: to share his passion, enthusiasm, and acquired knowledge with friends, acquaintances, and industry professionals.
